Shipping policy
Thanks so much for shopping small with me. Here is the quick rundown on how your order gets to you, no surprises.
Where I Ship
Right now I ship within the US only. International is not available yet.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping on any US order over $75.
- Under $75, you will see a small flat rate of $4.85 at checkout before you pay. No sneaky fees.
Processing Time
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every piece is made to order and printed just for you once you hit buy. So give it about 2 to 7 business days to be made before it ships out. During sales and the holiday rush it can run a little longer, but I am always moving it along as fast as I can.
Delivery Time
Once it ships, US delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. So from the moment you order to the moment it lands on your porch, most orders arrive within about 1 to 2 weeks.
Tracking
The second your order ships, I will email you a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to you. Don't see it? Peek in your spam folder, it likes to hide there.
If Your Order Runs Late
Delivery times are my best estimate, not a promise, because once your order is with the carrier it is in their hands. I cannot control the weather, a holiday backup, or a truck running behind. But if something seems off, just reach out and I will help you track it down.
